ARRIVALS HALL WELCOME COUNTERS
Broome International Airport (BIA) invites organisations to apply for Welcome Counters in the Arrival’s Halls of the Airport.
The Welcome Counters will be installed in the current Arrival’s Hall and then shifted to the Second Arrivals Hall once the major Terminal Redevelopment Project is complete in 2022. They are suitable for Hotel, Tour, Charter Aircraft and Transport operators who use the BIA Arrival’s Hall on a regular basis to meet and greet passengers. A design of the proposed Welcome Counter is attached, with each counter including a bench top, cupboard space, power outlet and signage board.
BIA will be solely responsible for selecting successful applicants. Given there are a limited number of counters the suitability of all applicants will be assessed to ensure there is a mix of operators providing a range of services to the travelling public. There is a cost and minimum term commitment to occupy a Welcome Counter and all successful applicants will be required to enter into an agreement with BIA.
